Onside Travel Management Terms and Conditions
1. Ticket Sales
All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions or where required by applicable law.
2. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the event organiser, tickets will be eligible for a refund of the ticket price. Any applicable booking, administration or processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the arrangements confirmed by the event organiser.
3. Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original event will normally remain valid for the new date and will not automatically be refundable.
Where the event organiser determines that refunds will be offered for a postponed or rescheduled event, details of the applicable refund arrangements will be communicated to ticket holders.
Any refund will be subject to the terms and arrangements specified by the event organiser, including the treatment of any applicable booking, administration or processing fees.
4. Changes to Events
Changes to an event, including but not limited to changes to the date, time, venue, performers, speakers, teams, participants or event programme, will not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law or determined by the event organiser.
5. Failure to Attend
No refund will be provided where a ticket holder is unable to attend, or chooses not to attend, an event for any reason, subject to any statutory rights that may apply.
6. Ticket Transfers and Resale
Tickets may not be resold, transferred or assigned to another person once purchased, unless the event organiser expressly authorises this.
Tickets obtained or resold in breach of these Terms & Conditions may be cancelled without refund.
7. Lost, Damaged or Unused Tickets
No refund or replacement will normally be provided for tickets that are lost, damaged, unused or partially used, except where required by applicable law or at the discretion of the event organiser.
8. Booking, Administration and Processing Fees
Booking, administration and processing fees are non-refundable, including where a refund is issued following the cancellation of an event, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Payment of Ticket Monies
Onside Travel Management Limited acts solely as the ticketing and ticket-issuing platform for the events made available through this service.
Ticket monies paid by customers are not held by Onside Travel Management Limited on behalf of customers. Funds received in connection with ticket purchases are held and controlled by the relevant event organiser, who is responsible for the event and, where applicable, the fulfilment of any refunds.
Onside Travel Management Limited is not the event organiser and does not have control over the event itself, including decisions relating to cancellation, postponement, rescheduling or refunds.
Where a refund is due, Onside Travel Management Limited will assist with the administration and processing of the refund in accordance with the instructions and arrangements provided by the event organiser.
10. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any rights or remedies that you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation or other applicable law.
Where a statutory right entitles you to a refund, cancellation, remedy or other form of redress, that right will apply notwithstanding these Terms & Conditions.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket through the platform, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside any specific terms, conditions or information provided by the relevant event organiser for the particular event.
